FTRN 167 was:

The remedy is famous for its affinity for right
shoulder and is compared with Sanguinaria.

Important symptoms are shoulder pains which are
aggravated by raising arm and motion and ameliorated
by gentle motion. Pains may appear after mechanical
injury to shoulder.

Another important symptom of this remedy is
aggravation from eating eggs which may cause nausea
and vomiting.

Aversion to fruit.

'Involuntary sighing'.
