Case help-Herpes II..Pt 1

This is a resend. I had trouble with the first posting as it was too
large a post apparently and also for some strange reason had not
arrived in plain text as it was sent??? I hope it comes through this
time. Have sent as 2 parts in the hope that this helps...thanks.

I would appreciate any thoughts on the following case [underlines
denoted by degree in square brackets]. It was a long session,
apologies for the length of the post! I find it helps me a lot in
cases like this, with information overload, to rewrite and better
absorb the essence. Therefore I haven't repped as yet but can see
shades of Carc, Phos, Nat-m, Staph, Lach, and Med so far. Hydrog
looks a possibility too with the Pt's desire to go higher to find her
path (somewhere in the middle now), dreams of flying, spiritual
aspects, symbolic dreams, poor boundaries, communication needs, and
des for immersion! I feel that Phos, Med,and Carc also will figure
fairly high.
The Pt has been advised that further doses of Phyto 30 are not
recommended at this point as there has been considerable improvement
in her acute and to wait and watch. In the meantime this allows me
some case analysis time . Actually Phyt has some interesting
relevance to the bone pains.

35yo woman, Wgt 73 kg, Hgt 5'5", hazel eyes, dark brn hair, average complexion.
Australian born; Eng/Scot/Irish heritage.
Appearance notes:
Stout stature; clothed practically in comfortable, simple pants and
white top; engaged into conversation easily, locquacious, mental
clarity/intelligent; sits quietly/calmly - no fidgeting,
restlessness, arm crossing, or withdrawal positions etc; direct eye
contact.
Prior homoeo Tx:
For food allergy/hayfever constitutionally some yrs ago but can't
remember what had taken. 2 dys ago had Phytolacca 30c dry ev4-6
hrs/4D...Pt self Tx'd from reading her MM.
Presenting complaint/s:
*Acute lymphatic inflam'N of L-side throat, and **Herpes II.
1st comments:
Tries to work on health..has periods of doing this but 'falls of the
wagon' [2]. Moved a lot. 'Emotionally sensitive' [3]
Story:
Moves house/location a lot [1]. Pattern developed when a child due to
father needing to shift for work reasons, and also because he had
extra-marital affairs which required they move away. During high
school changed to 5 different schools in 6 yrs. Though now away from
family, Pt continues to move a lot for reasons often due to work
opportunities.
Father had many affairs - has led Pt to 'strong awareness for
conflicts' [3]. Is 'very susceptible to other people's energy'
[3]...'like an energetic dialogue'.
Works in legal law, a solicitor. Academic [2]..doing PhD in social
Science. Spurred on to do current course from experiencing workplace
conflict with other females [2] who tried to bully her. Feels this
may happen for her because she can be blunt and direct and say what
she feels so other females may feel threatened by her. She is
generally a mild person though, just tends to be bullied.
Sold last property that her and her boyfriend/partner owned. Bad Feng
shui there and difficult living conditions as on a steep hill with
with a poor track that couldn't be negotiated in the wet.
Tendency to fall into 'saviour mode with men' [1]. Is not
intellectually compatible with current partner. Had a few ups and
downs and is presently breaking up again.
*Acute lymph inflammation began approx 10 dys ago, not sudden. L-side
only, 'tight like a hard ball' [2]. Pain extending down L-side of
neck and across to back of ears/occiput region. Sore throat [1]
developed internally (both sides) with difficulty swallowing food
[1]. A little diarrhoea and some nausea 3 dys ago with tummy
rumbling. Urinary normal.
Reluctant to open mouth due to tightness [2] and 2 dys ago had
difficulty talking.
2 dys prior to sore throat had des to drink cold drinks (usually
likes warm drinks), once throat was sore then des warm drinks. 'AI
the mumps' [1]...had as a child on the R-side only. Tender to touch.
Appetite low with easy sateity, lethargic. Tired, moreso in the
afternoon, . Generally feeling AI on the mend since.
Gets a little concerned that has low perspiration [1]...to release
heat. Used to perspire more. No partic areas of perspiration..maybe
brows. Very susceptible to heat and cold [2].
**Herpes II since '97/'98. No knowledge of source, not had any blood
transfusions, no evidence from partner etc. Had moved to a new
location and got really sick but didn't manifest full Sxs till next
move in '99 when Dx was made. Initially - sciatic pain down both legs
but more the R leg with erruptions down the inside of the R leg along
the nerve...sml, blister-like in clusters. Now - can feel it coming
on before visible Sxs [2] as an indication of what's to
come...tiredness, lethargy, and a SAI internal tingling [1]. Then can
have pain running in feet [3] like an internal tingling [2].
Arthritic pain and sore feet [2] ...in the bones [3], legs, and
recently arms/wrists. Shifts about [1]. Lesions predominantly R-side.
Herpes vaginally and in bowels. Bowels AI inflamed [2], sharp pain
when bearing down to pass stool, stools smaller than usual, and
increased urinary frequency. Feels that it is linked to reproductive
system [2]. Doesn't always get erruptions with the other sensations.
When errupts lasts approx 10 dys. Lately has been cycling monthly 2
wks prior to menses [2]. Erruptions will occur just before the
period, then eases shortly after... >>menses [3]. Sxs using Aloe-vera gel, > keeping clean
and dry. gets to know them is
very affectionate. Likes company but not a party person, prefers more
intimate groups or one on one. Fine on own too but draws herself out
to company so as to not become isolated.
Loves animals [3]. A highlight for her to live on a property looking
after them.
Considers herself a worrywort.
