Science - Homoeopathy - Faith healing (placebo effect?)

Dear Colleague
This issue comes up from time to time. And I must say it is fun.
To the 'doctor' who says homoeopathy is unscientific, I would say, please
read the first 10 aphorism of the Organon.
Understand how we prove our remedies and if you still do not believe it,
please take part in a re-proving - where I would give them a certain
potentised remedy @ 30C repeatedly until they scream for help and more
beautiful, I will give them the likely set of symptoms in a sealed envelope
before hand.
Also there have been many animal cases where animals and herds have been
cured by homoeopathy - in this case (and also with babies) the notion that
Homoeopathy works by using the placebo effect is immediately thrown out, as
you cannot influence a cow to suddenly become cured. Please see the tape of
BBC2's QED programme on homoeopathy (1991?).
