FTRN 104 was:

The main center of action of this remedy is
respiratory organs and esp glottis.

There are violent spasms of glottis which makes
expiration nearly impossible. Inspiration is free and
with no or little problem; all happens during
expiration.

There is desire to cough as a result of tickling and
raw feeling in upper respiratory airway but any
attempt to cough provokes spasm of glottis with
sensation of constriction and suffocation.

'Spells of suffocation followed by catarrh'.

Attacks of spasms are most frequent from midnight to 7
am.

Fear of insanity is one of the prominent mental
symptoms.
