One opinion would be that vaccinations would not impose a miasm, but only resonate with/awaken one already present (one can posit that susceptibility is a non-electromagnetic similar pattern signature which must exist in organism in order for it to respond toward health or disease when presented with the challenge of a material morbific influence (vaccination/actual pathogen) OR an energetic version thereof (either homeopathic (facsimile) or isopathic/tautopathic (idem) remedial attempt). Since we all have the range of miasms (some more emphasized than others, but we are "infected" with a range of them) and since injection is such a very invasive
introductory mode, a high percentage of subjects will react in some way (often probably imperceptible but still present, and sometimes disease engendering) perhaps engrafting a state which may become chronic and interlayered with the constitution and the states created by other vaccinations.

Another opinion would be that the organism has no chance against something injected, and if not already present, new miasms are introduced via vaccination in all subjects.

Perhaps the true situation in general is somewhere in between these two scenarios.

I know Tinus Smits says to give potentized vaccines before and after the vaccination, which seems rather isopathic rather than homeopathic.

My basic question is whether all vaccines impose a sycotic miasm on the organism, and if not, does one deal with each series of shots individually according to symptoms, or are there some general measures one can take?

One opinion would be that there is nothing "wrong" with isopathy that warrants that it should be avoided on philosophical grounds. It works passably (and from most information available, as well as conventional vacc and minus the panoply of unknown and isidious side effects of conventional vacc (though the protocol must be adhered to and longevity of protection is in question, so posology is paramount) for first-order homeopathic prophylaxis of most infectious diseases, including highly infectious and grave diseases. Genus epidemicus especially (when appropriate) or General prophylactic (eg Lathyrus in Polio) is superior to isopathic, but all these
measures could be used simultaneously when warranted (eg epidemic situation or anticipating one). For elimination of vaccinosis, however, the vaccine isopathic makes the most sense as an intial approach, unless the sx are perfectly indicative of a characteristic totality remedy, and one can prove to oneself later that the effects of the vaccination have been removed. The only alternative to isopathy might be very skillful constitutional prescribing (which could be difficult with animal, even with a human), which also may have less certainty about assessment of result. Another idea is use of any information on NBWS the disease that the vaccination is
being used to prevent. Another idea (stretching here) is consideration of any general prophylactic that is known, or past genus epidemici. The latter and former categories could be included in a repertorization of the symptoms in the case to see if one of the remedies has resonance with the totality (this is just one idea among many strategies).

Trying to anticipate sequelae and damage from vaccinations may include Thuja as a measure, presumably because experience seems to indicate that an existing sycotic miasm is the one seemingly likely to create some type of engrafted state from introduction of foreign antigens and substances, although one could easily suppose that this could happen with other miasms as well (example--NBWS _______ vaccine or _______ acute disease that is removed by use of the specific nosode or vaccine isopathic in retrospect). It is likely an incorrect oversimplification to say that all "Vaccinosis" (originally coined for the cowpox inoculation grown in cows (BTW many
vaccines are prepared in cows)) due to any injection will respond to Thuja (see below rubrics). There are a lot of constitutions which are susceptible and thus unlocking the graft may require the appropriate remedy in the case in general (if isopathic is not effective):
