By going to Eruptions Meatus in the new ISIS programme using the Complete ME I found

But does this cover IN the ear as it was under Eruptions Meatus!! At least it doesn't say ABOUT the ear!!!

Yes, because eczema is just a particular type of eruption and there will be
other sx to match a remedy to anyway. I would use what you have found with
confidence.
