Parathyroid

My systems need updating. Does Hydrogen have constipation?/ If so I would

Difficult to pass stool. Usual diarrhea after headache or eating gone - (curative). Expected diarrhea from anticipation and eating a full tea cake did not materialize. (curative).
Stool: Forcible, sudden, gushing [2]. Light-coloured [3]. Fishy odour [1/1].
