phosphorus and distant island

Dear all,
Why not go back to the original provings, where the symptom was noted:
Hahnemann, chronic diseases:
"Delirious fantasies, while slumbering and waking, as if she were on a
distant island, had a great deal of business, was a noble lady etc."
This is the original text of the ENTIRE symptom - and from there any
possible interpretation should start (if ever).
All the best,
Gaby
