There is a chapter on remedies for pre and post surgery of various types in Borland's "Homoeopathy in Practice" Chapter 9
I also have another book with a chapter on this subject by Lakshminarayanan "Homoeopathic therapeutics of traumatic diseases and their sequelae", Chapter 36. I find this book to be filled with mountains of useful information.
