[H] Impacted wisdom teeth

Hello everyone,
I have a son with six wisdom teeth. Two have erupted over the last two
years, witth much trouble. He recieved Silica and Calc at various times.
The 'extra' teeth have no room to come in. One of the bottom teeth is
coming in at an angle. The other top tooth is just impacted. We have a
month until the scheduled surgery. They all need to come out, mostly for
space reasons. Any experience with remedies for before and after the
surgery?
