hello All,
Here in Kenya, women are routinely given "injections" which I suppose is
Depo Provera. It's a 3-month birth control. From the stories I've heard
(clinics coercing / enticing women to use it) I would take a strong guess
that African women are being used as guinea pigs so that these companies
can say, ".... on human trial runs...."

Well, to the point. I get sooooooooo many women with problems, it's
unbelievable. These problems include:
• sterility, post-injection (months / years after going off it, still cant
get pregnant)
• continuous bleeding, while on it
• continuous bleeding, post-injection

I got one hint on the recent "Find the Remedy" -- aristolochia. Are there
any others?

## The Gemmotherapy remedy Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary)has worked for my clients with pelvic conditions after Birth Control pills in conjunction with Constitutional Remedy (CR). One could administer the CR during the hiati in the Gemmo regimen. Start out with 10 drops, three times a day; gradualy increasing the amount to 30 drops (time frame of 45 days). Using a rhythm of 45 days on and 45 days off (= one cycle = the sum of: days off and days on), for a maximum of 14 cycles. Taking a substance continuously is not a good idea, hence the rhythm of off and on cycles. These are general guidelines, to be adjusted to the client. It is a great pelvic drainer. There is one good text available in English on Gemmotherapy (Many in the French language): (US)you can call the author Dr. Marcus Greaves, MD at 858-550-0829 - email: SDMarcus@AOL.com - I have his permission - and order a copy of "Gemmotherapy and Oligotherapy. Regenerators of Dying Intoxicated Cells". It is probably available at Minimum Price, though I have not personally checked it out. I think the book is a great adjunct in any healing practitioners library. Just for the record, I am not getting any kick-back from this dissemination of information. I do believe that Gemmotherapies are a great way to drain the human organs of toxins. It is included in the BIH lesson structure. Up to now there has not been any text with enough information in English. I do have Max Tetau's "Gemmotherapy. A Clinical Guide", wonderful book, but not enough information.

We have cleared migraines and acne with this remedy and other pelvic complaints.
I have not had any clients post Depo Provera.

I agree; 7c once a month for 3 months or until menses is re-established.
It's not in the Repertory but I've observed clinincally that "dreams of
menses" is a good indication for Folliculinum.

Hello Didi,

My teenage client had been on Dep Provera injections (two) after the Pill
didn't 'work' for her severe dysmenorrhea (unsurprisingly ..). Whilst I
appreciate this list is more classically-inclined I'm still think it might
be helpful to report that this worked for her:

Nux 12c at night
Puls 12c in morning
for 21 days

Her menses/PMS (which were horrendous affairs for her) stabilised &
regularised, and are now relatively pain-free (after only two cycles) -
which surprised me, as she had not only a huge med hx for herself (including
an o/d of paracetomol) - but also inherited from her mother (who was put on
antipsychotic drugs aged 10 ! ). I thought it would be hard work to unlock,
and looked at the sx in the BNF (below - half of dozen of which sx she
suffered), but it wasn't as intractable as I feared. Food for thought
anyway I hope.

BNF/Side effects: acne, urticaria, fluid retention, weight changes,
gastro-intenstinal disturbances, changes in libido, breast discomfort,
pre-menstrual symptoms, irregular menstrual cycles, also depression,
insomnia, somnolence, alopecia, hirsutism, anaphylactoid-like reaction,
rarely jaundice.

Dear Didi,

I have had very good results in treating women who have been subjected to
large amounts of hormonal treatment such as you describe, following the
advice given by Melissa Assilem FBIH in her book "Women Ripening Through the
Menopause". If you can look past the poetry and the Goddess references, it
is actually a very fine and useful book. One of the important remedies used
is Folliculinum, which I have used myself, as mentioned. If you can obtain a
copy of this book I am sure it would be of benefit.
