Hi Shannon,

Using cows milk for young kittens is not a good idea. There is a kitten
formula that you can get at good pet stores and vets.

I would also check out the Siamese Internet Cat Club message board. The
people are very helpful for any cat issues, even if you don't have Siamese.
They do a lot of rescue work and often have orphaned kittens.
