I remember exchanging emails with Dr Smit.

He said he has tried treating pts with Vaccine damage or Never been Well
Since Vaccination by two methods.
a- Constitutional treatment
b- Vaccine in Potency.

He said Const Treatment did not produce much a development.
However, Vaccine in potency, WAIT and then Constitutional treatment did
wonders.

I wonder what the experimenter Sam Hn would have said.
