does anyone have any experience in treating post polio syndrome.
I am trying to get a handle on this condition. any info appreciated

What are the symptoms that you are enquiring about - muscle weakness, and pain or paralysis?

there are no specifics--just a general interest. i do know a woman, in her 70's, who had
polio years ago and is now suffering debilitating symptoms. she is concerned that she
will lose her ability to walk totally. so that suggests weakness and paralysis. i told
her i would nose around to see what i might recommend in the way of a modality

what is you experience?

Heard a review of post polio syndrome. Hura was very effective. After 2
years, the case is still ongoing, but there has been continuous improvement
from the first dose. The person came in 20 yrs after the polio started.

I have had Polio -it was 45 years ago. I have done a lot of reading on post polio syndrome and it seems to appear 30 years after the event. Since I have not had it up to now I presume I will not. I also do all the wrong things according to the stuff I read as I work out in a gym most days and apparently you shouldn't push you joints to their limit as I do. My osteopath just loves me !!!!! Anything you want to know about polio just ask - and no I wasn't vaccinated but had the disease mildly and it left me with very few problems. My body has compensated to balance out the weaknesses on one side.
