Find the name of the following remedy:

It is famous as a hysterical remedy indicated in
nervous and irritable women.

These patients suffer from great weakness and
debilitating sweats. There is lack of reaction on
account of the weakness.

It is also useful after debilitating diseases when
symptoms agree. 'Spasmodic affections after
debilitating diseases'. Presence of pain and cramps in
hysterical women after exhausting diseases.

The remedy is indicated in dyspnea when it is
aggravated by lying on back or right side and
ameliorated by lying on left side.
