Disclaim - List of the websites

Disclaim!

This is a new idea to make joint email account for discussion, just like an
administrator or list owner of the forum or mailing lists also know the
password of the moderator or list supervisor.

In a case of moderator absence, the admin officer enters into the profile of
moderator and reply to concerned person in a befitting manner by log in the
password which both know. But the person who receives mail does not know who
was the responder, the admin officer or actual moderator?

By keeping this aspect, an organization (a group of closed friends) decided
to create a joint email account. I do not want to reveal anything more
except to inform you that I am not the person who is discussing at other
forum or mailing lists except that our email address, which we intentionally
keep open is same. As a single person can not made more than 100 posts daily
in different forums and mailing lists.

The purpose of this disclaim is that a moderator of anonymous forum has
issued me show cause notice that he is monitoring my post at this list and
if I will violate any rule here he will take the decision against that
member who is discussing at his own forum, where that member occasionally
appears. Is it not amazing?

A person committed a crime here and punishment was given to some body else
where he (that member) never violated any rule. This is quite confusing. So
I decided to inform my honorable members first about my identity that I am
not responsible of what is happening at any other forum.

I request to owner of this list if I breach the rules of this lists. Please
don’t hesitate to remove my membership, but please please don’t apply the
rule that you violated at other forum so I will punish you here.

Second, I also assure you I will follow the rules of this mailing lists. I
will respect the privacy of the member of this forum.

Thirdly, I am using remote server, for which I paid fees in dollars for one
year. The svr is placed in another country and I and my friends are using
them from another country.

Please don’t get annoyed from this mail. As it was necessary to inform you
before time. Please ignore this post. Thank you.

Please note!

Thanks

Dear Homeo,

I have to wonder about this behavior you are reporting. It seems
unreal except in the light of the current political mania that is
happening. The questions that are raised for me concern the
repressive monitoring that is now mandated throught political
acts such as the Patriot Act here in the USA.

I would think it important to openly criticize this behavior as
invasive and repressive and autocratic. It appears to fly in the
face of our ability to have open discussions and, horrors, to even
make a mistake. As adults, I would hope that some error will be
able to be pointed out to an individual and allow time for responses
and/or corrections to be made.

I encourage us all to hang on to our humanity for that is all we have
in the long run

Hi Tanya,

You seem to have made more sense of this post than I have. Could you
summarize for me just what you think he is saying here? And when Bond
checks in next, could he either affirm or correct?

Thanks!

Shannon,

What I perceive in Homeo's post is that someone has set up a monitoring and
policing system across all the websites listed at the end of his post. If someone
does something that goes against a "rule" then they will be punished by all the
different lists. So, if someone on minutus does something that breaks some rule,
they will be punished/banned from all the lists.

further, all the different lists are to come under the management of some unknown
administrator who has access to everyone's personal information. this administrator
can/will mete out discipline based on some alleged claim against the so-called
offender.

the model of this is very similar to the patriot act and homeland security bills that now
infect us in the usa. people can be accused by unknown others and set up for
punitive consequences. if you are not familiar with the patriot act, you should do so
asap. it is very scary and is being used to justify the homeland security office with its
giant octopus tentacles throughout our society. a piece of the intended program was to
enlist local citizens to spy on their family, friends and neighbors (shades of nazi germany).

i could get even more political and say that the nature of this proposed policing on
homeopathy discussion groups reeks of the type of divisive and paranoia producing
behavior instigated by the fbi and cia during the vietnam/civil rights era movement of the
1960-70's. I would be very suspect of any such type of secretive and monolithic type
monitoring and punishment processes.

Yikes...
So mail from homeobond007@hotmail.com could be from any of an unspecified
number of folks? Who all use the same signature, because they don't *want*
to be separately identifiable?

If this is for real, then I would say you have a problem... Why don't you
get a separate e-mail account?

PS - And what is the agenda? Why are you -- all????? -- so fiercely focused
on homeopathy?

And does that mean that if we reply to a post from (one of) you, that the
one it's directed to might or might not ever see it, and might or might not
be able to figure out whether it's to him/her or someone else? Feeling a
lot like Alice in Wonderland right now....

But this is a marvellous list of homeopathy websites; I didn't know there
were so many!

Hi Ching Yee,

His posts affect me pretty much the same...
I think that's just what he ("they"? "some of them"?) is after...
Odd, huh?
