Cracked nipples + baby with chesty cough

I am trying to sort out a nursing Mum who has cracked very painful nipples and the baby has a chesty cough after catching the cold that the siblings have had. The baby is a month old. I have prescribed Puls. 200 which is what Mum did well on during pregnancy as she is crying with the pain in the hopes that it will also get through to the child who is clingy and cough
