Is this an agg or a virus

I hope you don't mind me sending you a follow up I did yesterday with a woman who I had only seen the week before. She originally came with a lot of sinus and catarrh which was affecting her asthma and breathing and Kali Bi seemed to sort it but she did take 30C for a couple of weeks. I would be interested with anyone's thoughts on the case if you have time.

It is only a week since I last saw this patient and prescribed Lyco 30 in a split dose as a constitutional prescription.
"I felt good after taking Lycopodium. Then the next day I got a headache at school, I thought from my hot classroom. The next morning I couldn't get up in the morning. I had a pounding headache and I felt sick in my stomach. I felt weak and aching. I had a stiff neck on Thursday and then this was Ok. On Saturday my ears started up. I also had acid coming up from my stomach. The amazing thing with this is that I have not needed the Ventalin. My chest has been clear. I am still taking the Lobelia MT."
"I have a dark green discharge from my nose which is lumpy and later a lighter colour. It hurts my ears to blow my nose. My glands under my neck are up and my teeth hurt. In the night my nose drips forming crusts in the morning. The left side of my face feels dead but a hot water bottle on it helps me feel better. Sometimes there is a stabbing just under my ear."
The discharge from her nose maybe excoriating but she is not sure. Her ear cracks when blowing her nose and also when swallowing.
There is no fever.
Pain > warmth. She sat holding a scarf up to her left ear.
"The left nostril is stopped up. Both ears take turns of hurting. The pain extends to the neck." It appears the pain isn't really IN the ear but underneath to the front. She is a bit deaf from al this and says that she can hear her pulse beating. The ear problem is also upsetting her balance.
She was burping continually and her stomach was rumbling. She says that her stomach has been very distended.
Analysis
The question is whether this is a virus she was going to get anyway or a reaction to the Lycopodium.
On Repping I decided on Puls. as it seemed to cover the symptoms best and is also an antidote to Lycopodium. Maybe I gave her the Lycopodium at to low a potency but I did this because of her asthma which I didn't wish to upset. I told her to stop taking the Lobelia MT at the moment just in case it has caused the nausea. It does seem to have had a good effect on the lungs though.
Prescription
Puls. 30 - 3 doses and let me know
