Anyone want to have a look at this one

On the face of it Calc came out best BUT there was no sweating at night. I did give Calc 30 as a best fit but other than the fear on his face when he first came into the clinic there wasn't much there.
The case
29th April 2003
Background 16 month old boy d.o.b. 22/12/01. The first noticeable thing about this child is his very large head. He also had a continual snuffle which I could hear when he breathed. He has blond hair and a slightly ruddy looking face. When he walked in he looked terrified and remained that way until I brought out the soft toys. He then started smiling and talking. He is a cheerful little boy who was content to play happily on the floor with cars and bricks and not ask for help or require constant attention. When he walked around the room looking and touching and fell, he murmured for attention but was easily distracted. He asked for his dummy a few times which apparently he only has when sleeping but again although persistent he was easily distracted. He is tall and sturdy and talked words quite clearly. He understands well. He has dark grey eyes.
Presenting complaint - mild eczema and dry sensitive skin.
Talking - 9 months
Walking - 13/14 months
Teeth - 4 months
Fontanel - closed and solid
He was delivered by Caesarean and weighed 8lbs 5 ozs. He was 7 days late and the head was the wrong way round says Mum. He was in distress and Mum was given an epidural for the birth as it was going on so long. The pregnancy was very good - only problem was heart burn and latterly HBP. He was bottle fed totally until he was weaned at 15 weeks. His head circumference at birth was 37 cms and he was given all sorts of tests and pronounced to be fine.
Mum calls him her little ray of sunshine and says that he has a great sense of humour. He will sit for ages and play. Um has now gone back to work part time and he is left with grandparents.
He can be very obstinate. If he doesn't want to do something he will stamp his feet and scream. He is very determined and will go back time and again to do something. The more you tell him not to do something the more he will attempt to do it. He teases says mum.
Fears - maybe of sudden loud noises like when his cousin screeches. He likes total darkness to sleep in and loves animals. With heights he is cautious rather than fearful.
He notices when someone is upset.
Food - Mum has taken him off all dairy since I requested it when she phoned for an appointment 2/3 weeks ago. There has been an improvement in the eczema on his face. (I couldn't see any!!) He loves pasta and poached eggs. Not fussed on salad. He prefers water and juice than milk anyway so possible aversion here. He loves fruit especially grapes and kiwi fruit. Has never been fed processed food so eats a good variety of home cooked food with many different tastes. He likes fish. He probably prefers savoury to sweet says Mum.
Extremities - cold
Catarrh - constant snuffle since birth. Has a runny nose which is sometimes greeny yellow. Mum says that he snores like a trooper. He has a loose cough on waking which Mum reckons is the catarrh which has accumulated through the night.
Doesn't cry a lot and doesn't seem to sweat. No sweat at back of head at night.
Anger - stamps feet and clenches fist.
A fortnight ago he had a high temperature and mum gave him Calpol. In the past he has had a few colds and ad antibiotics once because he had a cough that lasted 6 weeks.
Stool - fine, just a bit loose when teething.
Eczema - down arms, face, legs starts as little white head type of spots. Not itchy. All I could see was on his arms quite rough with extremely dry flaky skin. Mum uses Oilatum products.
Likes music and seems to have a good sense of rhythm.
If hands are mucky he wants them washed (Ars.) He picks bits up from the carpet and puts them in the bin but has seen mum do this.
Doesn't like the sun on his face. Mum has had to get a hat for him to wear.
He has had all his vaccinations.
He put all the toys away in the bags when asked.
Family Medical History
Mild eczema in both parents and paternal grandparents. Cancer in great-grand parents.
