Find the name of the following remedy:

It is a useful remedy in chronic affections following
malaria especially when there is profound mental and
physical exhaustion. Liver affections and jaundice are
also prominent features.

Indicated in 'last stages of remittent and typhoid
fevers, when diarrhea sets in, with profuse sweats and
general physical and mental exhaustion'.

The patient is pale with dark circles around eyes,
confused, indifferent and suffers from great
drowsiness.

Eyeballs are sore and painful, which is an important
accompanying symptom in liver problems.

The patient may also suffer from nausea and vomiting
with aversion to all kinds of food but craving for
sour drinks.

'Dry cough with sharp stitches in chest'.
