Is there a specific for the pain from acute diverticulitis that anyone knows of?

I have used Bryonia if pain worse on movement or jolting.
Lachesis if tenderness L side.. Sometimes Merc Corr. For spasmodic cramps Magn Phos.
For myself Lachesis usually does what is needed. Depends on keynotes,, Jean
