Kittens' eyes usually open in 10 days after birth. Why not take it to your local vet to check it out. Also you might what to pick up a book by Anitra Frazier call The New Natural Cat. She has a section on how to help raise a kitten and natural things you can do for many problems. However you probably want a veterinarian to take a look at the kitten if the eye is not opening.
