Just give the remedies. Disregard the drugs. If homeopathy will work, it will work. When an animals is on conventional medical I usually give a low dose of the remedy daily or twice a day. Start with Arnica 30C twice a day for a few days. Then switch to Hypericum 12C or 30C twice a day for a few days. Then assess how the dog is doing. Or you can alternate Arnica 30c and Hypericum 30C (one am one pm for one month) then assess how the dog is doing. Check for other remedies that are indicated for injury to the back/neck. Is the dog paralyzed or able to walk? Best,
