Fractured Vertebrae... URGENT

Hi, We rescued a dog which had fallen out of the back of a
truck. It was operated on for a fractured neck and is now on
a variety of drugs:

Fentanyl
Ketamine
Cefazolin ......... 440 mg per day
Gabapentin ......... 100 mg 3 X per day
Meloxicam .......... anti inflammatory

My question is: Will giving the dog Hypericum be beneficial
or will it be antidoted by any of the above drugs.

If it is beneficial.... what potency do you recommend.

when my cat had her pelvis fractured, i gave her arnica for shock and then symphytum for the
broken bones. i was told he wouldnt be moving much for a couple of months. a weeks tx
and he was hopping across my lawn

What type of dosage did you use? Single dose, multiple, aquaeous?

as i recall, i used what was available

Arn 30c 3x in one hour till he calmed down
Symph 30c 2x daily. i probably administered this for about 2 weeks. i also probably cut back the repetitions as he
began to improve

i just popped 2-3 pellets into his mouth
