It is OK to pass on information. But as a respected and esteemed personality
of the natural health world, information coming from other sources must be
checked and confirmed by her before being taught as truth.
Most of us trust people like Sheilagh (and I still do, in homeopathy), so we
are taking what she says as being accurate.
It is her responsibility as a teacher and Lecturer to make sure not to
propagate false notions. By not doing that, our position in the healing
world is weakened.
I am not directing this at her personally, far from this, but at each and
everyone who in some way has a didactic position.
