[miniutus]A CASE OF PSORIASIS

Dear colleagues.Hi,

last week i had a case whose allopatic diagnosis is psoriasis plus dermatitis.he is 30 years old.his past history is: about 4 years ago a red desquamative patch(0.5 * 0.5cm)appeared on his forhead which in that time was treated by local corticosteroids.after a while another erruption appeared on his elbow and at the same time his forhead erruption reappeared again.3 years ago he had an injection of hepatitis B vaccine and after that, another erruption appeared around his injection area on his arm.after a while few patches appeared on his back.since 2 years ago the erruptions of his forhead and scalp have progressed and his recent disease's feature is: -sever desquamation specially on hairy parts. -redness of erruptions specially on his forhead and margin of his hair(on head). -itching of patches on his back that amel. by scratching. -eczematoid and desquamative dry erruptions behind his ears. - desquamation of outer ear canal. -chronic desquamative erruption around navel and axilla. -erruption agg. by : sunlight,stress,perspiration,heat,summer,spicy foods . -erruption amel. by : cold and wet. -other symptoms : hot flushes and perspiration from least exertion.mild pressing headache over his eyes(after stress and specially in evenings).flatulence after meal in middle of bdomen.there isn't any other symtom in his mind or particulars. I worked on his symptoms by RADAR and i think the best remedys for him are:[calc-sep-phos-nat.m-sulph]. what is your opinion about this case.would you please share me your comments.
