Vital Sensation - (was Joy's case - Symphytum - Humpty Dumpty)

Dear VT, I haven't got around to the 'Plants' yet but what you write is very
interesting. I am not entirely sure why the "falling apart" should be
confined to the plants.
If I hadn't "fallen" myself upon Symphytum (which cured so that was the
simillimum), then I would have spent a great deal of time on this delusion,
which could incorporate many remedies. We have
Delusion body brittle
Delusion body dashed to pieces
Delusion body delicate and fragile
Delusion body disintegrating
Delusion body is in danger of coming to pieces
Delusion body is scattered
Delusion bones are in fragments and cannot fit together (the closest?)
Delusion body cut in two
Delusion body divided
Delusion body falling to pieces (also very close)
Delusion limbs separated from body
and even Delusion is about to receive an injury
and many more no doubt.
I always thought of Baptisia as feeling separated and divided - strong
sensations evolving out of fever - as you say anti typhoid - and I realise
that it is also included under the delusion of being broken and cannot be
put back together (can't argue with the great man here) but for me Baptisia
is lifeless but desperately TRYING to get things back together. Baptisia is
of use in Tuberculosis and this miasm is all about taking risks, wanting the
extremes of life but not always able to achieve them (amongst other things)
- and, of course, there is the rest of the picture to consider alongside the
main delusion.
Best wishes, Joy
