NBWS Operation

Dear All
Can someone point me in the right direction? I need a rubric and most
importantly any remedies for NBWS operation: patient is lady of 69, in
excellent health, who broke left wrist three years ago. She had to go under
general anaesthetic and a bone graft was taken from her left hip to complete
the wrist operation. Then a titanium T-plate was fixed to keep the bones
together while they were healing. The titanium plate was removed a year
later and the site healed well, however the patient was left with the
following symptoms: post-operative pain in both sites (hip and wrist), worse
for cold/damp/rain, heat ammeliorates. Coldness/numbness in wrist and hand
area, needs warm applications. Heightened skin sensitivity (not
formication, just extremely sensitive to touch).
Initially she had also developed a fear of flying and of descending stairs
both of which symptoms were treated with remedies.
The patient is very angry at the surgeon who performed the operation; she is
convinced he used her as a "lesson" for budding surgeons and that she did
not need to be operated on; this is not a delusion; she has good reasons to
feel this way.
The patient has had symphytum 6x, arnica 10M, and has done well but these do
not seem to work any more.
Any ideas would be very gratefully received - the above patient is my mum!
Thank you
Eleana
