This is a metastasis of inflammation and NOT cancer. So swelling (mumps) may go to mamae or testes.
Also there is exudation from the body which goes from place to place.

Affects the legs first. SO the child has a hearty appetite but flesh falls of him! and starts with thining of the legs.
