Digest Number 891

Hi Shannon,

I was one of the main beta testers for RADAR for Mac when the new version
was released a couple of years ago. Even in the beta stage (pre-release),
this was a stable program with no 'bugs' that I remember. There were a
couple of menu modifications that were not Mac centric but these did not
interfere with the program's operation.

As far as Encyclopedia Homeopathica goes, we recommend that people use
Virtual PC (a Windows emulator for the Mac) to run this excellent program.

Hope this helps,
Gregory

Thanks so much!
Have you used EH with a Mac and Virtual PC? I've been told that it slows
programs quite a bit, but dunno what "quite a bit" means, or whether I'd
find it annoying (slow) enough to actually be a problem? Do you have
experience/opinion on that point?

Best,
Shannon

I've seen it run on a very slow & old PowerBook with not a whole lotta
RAM.
Still ran.

What kinda Mac you got? (send specs offlist?)
