Boenninghausen software

Hello Shirley, Carolyn,
Thanks for your interest in this matter, and responding to my post. I agree wholeheartedly that customer service goes a long way and I wish I had put myself in a better position to examine all the other software programs when I was first in that market.
I'm aware of the inclusions of other Boenninghausen publications in Boger-Boenninghausen's Repertory and MM and have the highest regard for Boger's contribution to homoeopathy. My interest really lies with an accurate version of a complete, original albeit EnglishTherapeutic Pocketbook. The more I look into the use of this book, the more I am impressed with its applicability. There have been several bootleg versions since the original and several later versions since have either copied these bootleg versions - with all their errors, or have grave, IMO, omissions and changes/additions on their own. As you would be aware the Boenninghausen method depends on its predictability and concordance, i.e. relationship, of the value and gradations of symptoms and remedies to each other, so this is a matter of concern that the accuracy is left in place. It is quite a different system of gradation of symptoms compared to that in the Kentian Repertory.
Carolyn wrote that the TPB used in the CARA program has about 150 pages. In my book version - B. von der Lieth of the original German 1846 TPB (even generously allowing variations in printing modes) - there are 512 pages. I would be interested to know what, if any, the variations are.
Sincerely,
Chris
