Dear people, I would apreciate your suggestions on how to deal with this problem; this is an injury from late 1950's; skingraft as part of emergency operation for compound fracture of left foot; (crushed by HGV); the graft has broken out previously but have treated myself; this time it is not healing; first started approx 3 weeks ago; have dudted with calendula powder to keep it dry and prevent sticking to dressing; the patch is weeping yellowish; there is some swelling to the side of damage, firm not puffy; occasional sharp pains not worse/better for resting/walking; i dread going to GP or hospital as I will see different ppl every time and all want to use different treatments; what other info do you need ? i cant think straight; i really would be grateful if someone can help me sort this; many thanks, Megz

Recommend you see a homeopath;
Suppression of symptoms in this case seems like it could have drastic
longterm consequence.

a) I couldn't fully understand the nature of the "outbreak". However if it
is "infected" try soaking the foot with a Hydrogen Peroxide solution 15-20
min several times a day. That is 1-3 tablespoons of 3% or 6% Hydrogen
Peroxide solution in enough warm water to cover the foot. It will gently
disinfect the area and allow healing to take place.
This method has worked in a number of ulcerated lesions that we see at our
clinic in Kenya -- eg from tropical ulcers to lesions in HIV+ patients.
b) Some suggestions might be gunpowder, silica or hepar sulph. Other Rxs
might be lachesis or crot. horr. I need more information to come to a
conclusion.

I have a new patient coming in on Monday. Lady age 75 with multiple things wrong with her, taking multiple drugs but what she wants sorting is the neuralgia after shingles which she got about 7 months ago for which she is also taking drugs including a morphine based one when bad at night. Does anyone think our remedies will get through this drug haze as I wouldn’t expect her to stop taking them. I will also be teaching her EFT.
Thanks

Hi Rochelle,
I think after careful case taking, and knowing the drugs side effects also being able to talk to family members to get an idea of the px picture before allopathic drugs
using LMs and alternating remedies as the picture changes will get the job done

Yes I think I will have to change Rx often. I don’t use LM’s because I have never had success with patient compliance but I do give water potencies . An added problem is that I will be away in a fortnight for a fortnight so will have to be careful just how I give the remedies. It is the shingles neuralgia she is coming about so am hoping to find a Rx within this rubric
Clinical; HERPES; zoster, shingles; neuralgic, pains, persisting, after herpes zoster (7) ars, dol, mez, ran-b, rhus-t, still, zinc-m,
I am just wondering if anything will get through the cocktail of prescription drugs she is on. I will look up the specific ones she is on for this specific problem and if they are not helping at all I will see if they are ones she can withdraw without any problems.

Hi Ellen,
I quickly scanned the info in the statement
looks pretty complete. Any changes I would make would be personal preference on wording (yours are good as is)
you mention Minutus, a quick explanation of what Minutus is might be helpful.
David Little did an online class, the original class (1999) $50.00 per month or $600.00 per year.
he gave participants passwords to get into active classes as well as the class online archives
The original classes offered question and answer options with David, now it is just the archive from the original class
David set up a *secure payment link for his class monthly payments, *automatic billing. *payments through Credit cards or checks.
His son Adam is now handeling that for David, he might be willing to answer questions regarding the business end of things.
http://www.simillimum.com/members/index.php
also Will Taylor has a site where he offers classes on Chronic Diseases ($20.00 90- 120 minutes video) Materia Medica ($60.00 12 installments - audio with powerpoints) he charges through Paypal. There isn't any question answer option on these.
http://similibus.org/
Kim Elia and Will Taylor offer classes through Webinar (audio and PowerPoints) Ten 2 hour sessions (20 CEUs per class)
advanced registration $250. or $400. after classes start. After the course is over they offer DVDs of the classes for $250.
you can ask questions during the class and an email forum is set up for students to discuss the class amongst themselves or to ask questions of the instructor in between classes.

http://www.wholehealthnow.com/webinars/index.html
http://www.wholehealthnow.com/periodic/ (this class just finishing up now)
Have you considered finding out if people who take the class can earn CEUs towards possible certification down the road
My thoughts for now,
Lynn

OK I will mention it to her. I have been to the 1 Chinese medical practitioner in town , felt like a pin cushion and it didn’t work on me, but that was about 5 years ago now. The worst bit was being left on the table for however long it was with a bare fluorescent light above me!!! There are others in town that I have had recommended but I don’t think they have been practicing very long.
Thanks

Hello
I just worked with a woman who had shingles. She also is on a host of medications, including 3 for the shingles. I asked her if they helped any and she said "no" but she was talking them anyway.
Mezerium was the best fit for her pain and it did work dramatically, in a 200c. She didn't know anything about homeopathy, just desperate to try anything. By the next day she was amazed, that there was still no pain. I talked to her after a week, she has stopped taking drugs to sleep, and has stopped the other shingles medications, as they are not needed. Her comment was "it's as if I didn't have shingles".
I love the idea that if the remedy fits nicely, it will work in spite of the allopathic medications.
