Any idea how I look this one up???? It is in my Carapro in Murphy's rep but with no rubrics by it? Maybe I should just go by the manifested symptoms!!!

Hello Jean,

I am experiencing vertigo, nausea and a feeling of inertia along with
restriction of neck muscle (Sterno-Cleidomastoid) and a feeling of a palsy
on the left side.
Now that I have a 'diagnosis' the panic symptoms have diminished...though if
I do too much i.e. walking I can feel nervous as the vertigo increases.
