Dear fellow homeopathic fans,

I have a case of chronic sinusitus (well, not me personally, but someone I'm
treating!) where the very distinct modality is much worse for temperature
differentials. e.g. on entering an air-conditioned room from being outside
in the heat, or the other way around. I've looked under generals,
eather, - found similar things, but can't put my finger on the exact thing
I need. Can anybody enlighten me??
