Could someone remind me the problem with using sucrose pillules as opposed
to starch/sucrose combination? It was discussed at some time on the lists.
I have been using sucrose lately and find it lasts better than the
starch/sucrose combination. There is also available lactose/sucrose,
starch/sucrose as well as glucose tablets.

do you mean to say that the patient's reaction is more lasting, or ???

I have been using sucrose pillules for awhile, and they do not seem to go
"off" like the starch ones did for me. I have 2 jars of clumps of sugary
unbleached hundreds and thousands in my cupboard, that I only use in an
emergency. Not all have clumped, but it takes a little effort to get to the
useable ones. The sucrose has not deteriorated in any way for ages and ages.
