Does anyone have information or cases of Heloderma. I'm particularly
looking for mental emotional picture in relation to feeling of inadequacy.
thanks

REMEDY NAME:Heloderma
Helo.

Very depressed. No inclination for exertion in any way. Unable to confine
mind
to any object. Difficulty in remembering spelling of simple words. In spite
of
very severe symptoms, not alarmed; passively indifferent. Startling easily;
&
trembling, on slight noise.

Regards,
Rochelle

Hi Tessa,

There are two Helodermas: Heloderma suspectum, and Heloderma horridum.
They appear to be interchangeable for our purposes.

There is a newer proving by Todd Rowe.
Emotional feelings of inadequacy did not appear in that proving, nor do such
appear in quickly scanning mentals of other MM available in Encyclopedia
Homopathica

This is a snippet from a Massimo Mangialavori case written up in "American
Homeopath" 2001
"What seems to be more specific to Heloderma suspectum, however, is the
characteristic kind of stubbornness with which this remedy expresses itself.
Those patients whom I have successfully treated with this remedy are often
described by their family and friends as very obstinate people, especially
when engaged in conflicts or in their most destructive strategies. They are
described as apparently lazy people who even find it a chore even to talk.
In actual fact I find them to be restrained and careful in their behavior,
as well as verbally, giving the impression that the whole world should turn
around them and adapt to their rhythms. They present themselves as being
apparently passive, but stubbornly flaunt theirs as being the only possible
way."
