FTRN 86 was:

This remedy mostly affects the mucous membranes of the
respiratory system.

Stringy discharges are one of the prominent features
of this remedy. There are paroxysmal attacks of
violent spasmodic cough which is followed by stringy
mucus. Exhaustion follows the paroxysms of cough. Face
becomes purple during cough. 'Air passages feel cold
on deep inspiration'.

Another peculiar feature of it is that the patient is
too cold when uncovered and too hot when covered.

He is peevish and scolds at his pains.
