OFF TOPIC homeland security bill

Below is a cut & paste of an e-mail, the second of which was sent to one of my Federal Senators. I share this, though off topic, on the thesis that healthcare requires a political presence, sufficient to sustain, those elements of life that allow for the fullfillment of the VF. And responsive to those elements which are of a degrading consequence.
Sent to Bill Nelson, senator from the State of Florida, USA
I sent you a note communicating my grave concerns regarding the State's Right to supersede that of the individual regarding the choice of healthcare, visa vi forced and mandated vaccination; that this is contra the Nuremburg Code; and at variance with case law.
Your response ignored the issue I raised to you, and lauded the creation of the homeland security measures, and in my most humble opinion under the suptrafuge of addressing the war on terrorism.
I have addressed you most honorable sir with a respect for your intellect and position, and I am deeply disappointed in the patronising nature of your response.
I recognise that you can not personally attend to each and every piece of communication that is addressed to you; however, I am hopeful that your filtering system may better convey the substantive nature of communication sent. This out of respect for the time and effort that one must exact as a measure of civic responsibility.
Least it was not clear at the outset, allow me in the plainest of our language to set forth my perception of the affects of this Bill with regard to the issue which I raised. It is at variance with the Nuremberg Code which addressed the issue of the Individual's Right to self determination regarding their healthcare over that of the State. It is at variance with case law on this same issue. And as measured response of civic responsibility I assert the notion NEVER AGAIN, which for this individual means that if you come in the morning I will not go!
Your actions have profound impact and this bill as written and passed is a corrosive influence on the foundation of our social experiment, and based on specious reasoning. I cannot being of proper conscience accept this Bill as written and am willing to suffer the consequences of its mandate to whatever extent the State intends. I share these thoughts with you in this manner to underscore the extent of the inappropriateness of the Bill. Never Again!
I remain your respectful and civic minded constituent,
