What does anyone make of this?? Is it worth even trying to repertorise
since it only happens on some Monday mornings and I don't even know if there
is a periodicity to that? I've been through all the delusions and come up
with:-
Delusions body only half alive
D. thoughts being outside of body
D. imaginations vanish she will
D. lost she is waking on
D. lost she is (salvation)
D. imaginations lost way, his

Does anyone think that any of these are relevant or any others I haven't
found?

I wonder what this patient does for recreation on the weekends. Any drugs?

Hi Cinnabar,
I would doubt it as she is an aerobics teacher. Also Friday /Saturday night
is night out in UK not Sunday when it is work the next day. She also calls
herself a homely girl. The interesting thing is that this happens on the day
when she has a late start at work in the gym at 11am but not on days when
she starts at 7a.m. Now what remedy feels worse if they sleep in - Nux Vom!!
Other than the road rage when she drives there is nothing much else to
indicate Nux.

If nux idea has any weight: if I recall correctly, isn't sulphur worse *from* (usually on) weekends? (I assume this is a corollary of occupation amel, although I dont see sulph in that rubric, maybe there is another explanation). If this is right, then I recall that nux-v is one of the "acutes" of SULPHUR (along with aconite, puls; maybe ars in some cases).

Thus sulph becomes an idea, (dissociation, abstraction of mind might fit the disorientation, although not exactly)

(*maybe* after 2 weekend days, pt becomes agg from inactivity (absence of her usual vigorous exercise), leading to mon.morning syndrome). So SEPIA, (aerobics instructor, amel by vigorous). As well, NUX_V is the primary "acute" of SEPIA, if my memory is not a complete sieve like it sometimes suggests. However, I have not looked to find the sx of the morning dissociation in Sep, but sep could probably produce something like that in its vast pathogenesis.

I second the motion of Jean, in that I think Joy should write a pocket materia medica (or larger) with these snippets of experiential/inspired wisdom and uncommon insight about the inner mental and emotional workings (and phys sx) of remedies!
