make sure you had this, as the Senate is voting on the bill on Monday.

The Homeland Security Bill means
FORCED Smallpox Vaccination !

It is crucial that everyone know exactly what the passing of this bill in
its
entirety will mean to every citizen of the United States of America.

One new insertion that was never debated or considered in a hearing (Title
III
section 304 c) gives the authority to the Secretary of HHS to call for
universal -- that is, *without* informed consent -- smallpox vaccination and
other interventions with NO personal, religious or medical exemptions. In
addition, there are no guarantees for humane quarantine laws.

People Who Should Not Get The Smallpox Vaccine:

1) Persons who experience anaphylactic reactions to polymyxin B sulfate,
streptomycin sulfate, chlortetracycline hydrochloride and neomycin sulfate
should not be vaccinated with Dryvax.

2) Persons with eczema or other skin conditions: Vaccinia vaccine should not
be
administered to persons with eczema of any degree, those with a past history
of
eczema, those whose household contacts have active eczema, or whose
household
contacts have a history of eczema.

3) Persons with other acute, chronic or exfoliative skin conditions (e.g.,
atopic dermatitis, burns, impetigo or varicella zoster), as they might also
be
at higher risk for eczema vaccinatum.

4) Persons infected with HIV.

5) Persons with immunosuppression (leukemia, lymphoma, generalized
malignancy,
solid organ transplantation, cellular or humoral immunity disorders, therapy
with akylating agents, antimetabolites, radiation or high-dose
corticosteroid
therapy).

6) Infants and Children under age 18.

7) Pregnant Women: Vaccinia virus has been reported to cause fetal infection
on
rare occasions, almost always after primary vaccination of the mother. Cases
have been reported as recently as 1978. When fetal vaccinia does oc! cur, it
usually results in stillbirth or death of the infant soon after delivery.

8) People who do not want mercury or formaldehyde in their system. Mercury
is an
extremely poisonous heavy metal and is in vaccinations in the form of the
"preservative" Thimerserol. Formaldehyde, another ingredient commonly found
in
vaccines, is used to embalm corpses.

9) People who would rather take their chances on becoming ill from smallpox
--
which is a very low-risk disease -- than become ill from vaccines.

10) Those who love their freedom and want the option of choosing their own
health care.

If this bill is passed, you will not have a choice. You must comply...

We only have this weekend to send, fax, e-mail as the Senate will vote on
Monday.

My message to the Senators in my state was short and to the point. Feel free
to
copy it if you wish:

"Dear Senator ____________,
Forcing Americans to receive the smallpox vaccine is a violation of our
liberty
and freedom of choice. In fact, it is the ultimate in bioterrorism. If
vaccines
work so well, the people who ARE vaccinated shouldn't have anything to worry
about. As for those who choose not to be...well, we'll take our chances.

You are not for freedom if you force people to be vaccinated against their
will.

I would add that there is law on the matter which supports the Nuremberg
Code which addressed the issue whether the State has a rite which supersedes
that of the individual in determining their treatment of healthcare. The
finding was to uphold the right of the individual in such matters.
