What's the meaning of the rubric, "congestion, hyperaemia of chest"? I know
"hyperaemia" means "too much blood", but what does that translate into, as a
symptom, sensation, etc.?

Also, how is a "tubercle" different from a "vesicle"?

vesicle is generally on skin.

tubercule generally means pocket of infective tubercular material, 'walled
off' -encysted, with tissue -interior

hyperaemia- sensation would be fullness, tightness
