Hello,
This is with reference to the ongoing debate about what is postable in this
list and what is not. Insulin in Potency. Some one suggested that it could
be referred to the list owner for his opinion. I think that is a good idea.
With all due respect to "Classical Homeopathy' (I have been studying it and
practisicng it for nearly 25 years, though I don't earn my living from it),
I would say that a lot of changes have taken place and now a days it is
almost impossible to get a patient (including oneself!), who has not been
'mistreated' by allopathy, ayurveda, some other pathy, or herbal mdicines
and of course ill-treated by environment! Trying to cure such a case by
pure single dose regimen is certainly possible but whether the patient will
have the required endurance is the question!
If pure classical homeopathy was always the answer, tissue remedies of
Dr.Schussler and Flower Remedies of Dr.Bach would not have been developed.
Mixtures of Homeopathic medicines like Dr.Reckewegg's would have been
banned in Germany and other countries.
I would suggest to the group members to be polite to each other and allow a
thread to be completed before judging. And one can always of course differ
about the philosophy of another without hurting.
Even today, I would certainly try to work out a case using the single
remedy approach and will resort to mixtures only as a last resort.
By the way in India, it is not possible to get a record of the treatment
from most of the professional homeopaths. So if the patient switches the
doctor, the patient has to start afresh. I would like to know whether
similar situation exists in other countries.
