White tongue

What would be the best rubric(s) for:
Tongue has a thick, white coating.

I see "Mouth, discoloration, white, tongue", with *many* remedies in it, but
this thick coating seems distinctive... Ant-c comes to mind, but what
else...

None of these appear in my rep (neither MacRep's Complete Millenium nor an
