hypos

I have a patient who controls her diabetes by injecting insulin 4 x a day.
She has reduced her insulin since being on constitutional remedies and her
blood sugar readings are always normal. Last week she had a bad hypo where
she couldn't control her movements or walk and had to be helped to the
toilet. She managed to take her blood sugar and it was normal despite the
fact that eating something made her feel better.
Can any doctors on the list comment? I have suggested that she checks her
meter!!!
