Urgent - Birth imminent

I have a lady about to give birth with her 3rd child. She is about a week
overdue and her waters have broken last night. She had a few contractions
last night but all has ceased. She has been sent home from the hospital with
instructions to take anti biotics tonight if she doesn;t go into full
labour. She took a Caul 200 last night and another just now as I told to
have a rest. The Caul has seemed to have stopped her anxiety. She has had
some backacke but that has now ceased so I am keeping my eye on whether she
may need Kali Carb. Any other suggestions for bringing this birth on greatly
appreciated!!
Regards
Rochelle

Rochelle,
I have never tried this but I have read that if you have a full term pregnancy with delayed labor you can give Bell 30 every hour until labor starts. If the labor starts and then stops give Aconite 200 followed by Caulophyllum .

Rochelle, was there anything in particular which stopped the contractions -
this might be helpful in leading you to the remedy. But Caul. would seem the
leading rx - include also for labour pains, ceased, nearly or entirely - Nux
Vom; Cimic; Kali Carb; Op; Puls; Gels; Secale;
Apart form the backache (I too would be thinking Kali carb if it fits) is
there anything else characteristic to help decide.

First of all I would advise her not to take antibiotics. If she stays away
from the hospital and refuses all pelvic exams she should not get an
infection. Infections after the water breaks is cause by introduction of
germs from pelvic exams. Fear of infection is merely fear mongering brought
on by allopathic ways. What they don't understand is that its their own
hospital germs that cause most problems. They should keep their hand to
themselves until delevery is eminent.
She should drink lots of water. 2-3 quarts a day till the baby is born.
Puls. Caul. and Secale come to mind.

though off topic of homeopathy, there is a point located on the medial
aspect of the lower limb, apprx. 3 inches superior to the ankle which is
contraindicated during pregnancy as it produces contractions. The
application of a needle or pressure will produce contractions.
Homeopathically, Sec., look at Kalis, and Cimi.

Thank you to Joy , Donna, Barbara and anyone I have forgotten or who replied
privately. I will let you know how the labour proceeds. She is on her 3rd

Give her Kali phos 6x every hour for four times. YOu will find this in Boericke given as a single remedy for delayed labor. I have tried it a few times and it has succeeded every time.
Best regards]
