Today I spoke Sheilagh Creasy - the bastion of Classical (Hn) Homoeopathy - on this issue.
(For those that do not know SC, Her grandmother was homoeopath and she was brought up with homoeopathy and has been practising for about 50 years. What she does not know about homoeopathy is not worth writing about! and she is STRICTLY Hahnemanian)

She said that her views have not changed and are based on a moral issue.

The issue is that when VF is working perfectly, if a foetus that is not perfect is formed, it is soon rejected.

[In fact a great number of pregnancies terminate naturally within 2 weeks of conception so the mother does not even suspect that she was pregnant.]

So the VF will do what it needs to do when working properly and not deranged by disease. So a moral decision needs to be taken by both the patient and homoeopath that as a result of prescribing Thuja an abortion MAY occur.

[Conversely - if the VF is strengthened by Thuja and there is nothing wrong with the foetus, then there is no reason to suspect that the foetus will be aborted.]

SC also gave a case that up on giving thuja, at 8 months some giant moles were passed.

So maybe if these have been found in a scan Thuja would abort rather than
having it (never known more than one at a time) removed in an operation!

I do not understand why you are worried only about
Thuja. Any correct remedy strengthens the vital force.
Isn't it so?

I don't think it precise to say correct remedy strengthens.

Remedy (correct or not) where susceptibility exists, will, absent of
'aggravation' caused by too dynamic / too large a dose.. tend to catalyze
homeostasis-seeking reactivity in VF, which in turn invokes similar movement
in the physical vehicle ...

(clamor for right-brain.. in this moment, a vision to share.. the VF as
oar, point-of-view as oarsmen: seeing the motion of water, feeling
manually the changes in motion/resistance when passing an oar thru the
water from a boat- resistance, force, eddies/swirls, momentum .. a nice
kayak/canoe allegory; probably Will Tayor could tell it better

.. (resuming left-brain dialogue) whether this homeostatic movement toward
a state of equilibrium is

healing / curative (indicating homeopathic process has been correctly
utilized)

depends on "correctness" that is to say homeopathicity of remedy

AND posology (case management; assessment of sensitivity, dosage, etc)

Keep in mind that "correct" remedy may potentially, in case of borderline
vitality, or extreme sensitivity, provide dynamic stimulus to the VF to
which it may respond in manners beyond the immediate (or even absolute)
adaptability of the physical vehicle - resulting in levels of aggravation or
very rarely dissolution.

Pregnancy is a special situation, where the windows of life & death may be
open simultaneously; where the interplay between karma and miasm (which may
be thought of by mechanically-oriented as "genetics") has nearly direct
openness to creative force... greater potential for healing exists at this
time; mainly for the foetus-cum-infant, but also for the Mother.

While I agree with you in simple principle, I do also believe it important
to acknowledge possibility of greatly changed susceptibility &/or highly
dynamic (changeable) symptom picture, and (imho) an overall potential that
the more powerful miasmic remedies should be considered with a bit more
caution than usual.
(even if that *does* seem to agree with Sheila C. or Andy H.
