When the 6c remedy is put in 4 oz. water and that remedy is doing very
well, how do I continue after that bottle is finished?.
Do I use another 6c, or what?

If that potency is working well for the person, you can just add more
water to the bottle, refill it (do it before the bottle is totally empty,
but even if you did wait it would still work). I would shake the bottle
100 times, let it rest, then continue with the dosing schedule.

You can refill a bottle as you need to, however remember you will still
be using a 6C, just more 'energized'.

A quibble on something that's perplexed me before:

I don't see how this could still amount to a 6c. At this point its precise
"potency" would be slightly higher, but intedeterminate (unless you had
measured out 1 part solution to 99 parts water, in which case it's now a
7c). What I *would* agree with tho, is that it's a fine way to go; the
effect would be "just the same, only more so". So, my quibble is an
academic one rather than a practical one!

I wasn't taught this method, and haven't tried it.

What I have used successfully in an instance where 30c was working fine, and
did not want to use 200c or potentize 31c, etc., -was to prepare a new
medicinal solution with one pillule (using same bottle, rinsed) -this
solution is then succussed to the same number of cumulative succussions as
the previous solution had accumulated (if you'd given 8 doses from the
bottle, and succussed 4 times prior to each dose, 4x8= 32 cumulative
succussions) -after which, the solution must be allowed to settle for a few
hours; then use normally (succuss each time before use.)

Hi All

I remember reading a variant of this method in a book.
(Sorry I can't remember the book's author or title).
The author called it plussing. The soln. was succussed x no. of times before the first
dose. For the 2nd dose, the bottle is refilled with water to replace the amt consumed during
the first dose. Then it is succussed x no. of times again before taking. It is repeated for subsequent doses
According to the book, the potency is slightly increased for every dose because it is further diluted and
the cummulative succussion is increased. Sounds logical to me. But is the explanation correct?

Did anyone know who invented this method of dispensing? and are there any clinical trials conducted to
prove its effectiveness?

What puzzled me is, I remember reading from the list that by decreasing/increasing the potency slightly (199C or 201C for a 200C)
may antidote the remedy or "tone down" its effects. ???

The book's name and author are: "A Homeopathic Approach To Cancer" by Dr. Ramakrishnan and Catherine Coulter. he alternates
an "organ specific" remedy (sometimes using the constitutional) with a
miasmatic nosode (usually Carcinosin or Scirrhinum but occasionally Tub,
Med, or Syph depending on the prominent features of the case). In an active
cancer case he alternates the 2 chosen remedies on a weekly basis. The doses
are taken in liquid form from a bottle containing 11 doses. Ten doses are
taken per day at 15 minutes intervals with shaking between each dose. The
last dose is saved for the next day at which time 10 units of water are
added to the bottle and so on. The patient is checked on a regular basis and
the potencies are raised or the remedies changed depending on the response.
Dr. R. does not discourage the patient from using surgery or chemotherapy,
though many of his patient's forgo those procedures. He believes that cancer
is an emergency that must be dealt with quickly and aggressively like trauma
must be dealt with quickly. And just as the homeopath does not spend hours
and days repertorizing for trauma, Dr. R. feels that cure of cancer will not
ordinarily come from constitutional prescribing alone.
