URGENTLY I am trying to collect some information with hard facts on the legislation regarding Homoeopathy from around the world.

Please point me to the right agency to seek copies of any laws relating to homoeopathy or if you have access to the same, please send them to me.

Time is of the essence as the survival of one set of our colleagues is being undermined. So I would appreciate your earliest attention and response to me privately on finrod@webstar.co.uk

The more that respond PLEASE the better and also the more countries/states the better.

I am not sure where you are based, but I would suggest a good place to
contact would be the ECCH - they have a website which you should be able to
find quite easily with an internet search.

United States governs use of homeopathics through the F.D.A and identifies the remedies as drugs. The federal regulations would be obtained from the FDA and each State within the U.S. indentifies who may use it with or w/o licensure.
