Solid and Affordable Online Basic Med Science Courses?

Greetings-
Looking for tried-and-true ONLINE basic medical science courses that are
also affordable, have well-credentialled, accessible instructors, and
have, if not some prestige, not a poor reputation, and will provide
transcripts, etc.:

-Anatomy/Physiology using Ross/Williams or other recognized text

-Pathology using Robbins Pathologic Basis of Disease

-other courses
So far, have turned up Canyon college in Idaho. They offer the above
two classes for $450 each (quite a piece of change for an online class);
they do purport to have a naturopathic slant, but that would not be
significant necessarily for this type of nuts "n bolts class. If
anyone has any info about the quality of Canyon College folks, please
advise.

Otherwise, ANY info on high-quality online classes or guided study with
good rep are appreciated. Thanks.
