Dear Dr Pramod,
you keep focusing on heavy case taking and the repretorisation classically. It is true that we need to take a good case taking and definitely proper repretorisation. But a well experienced Homoeopath can prescribe based on a few rubrics or even by intuition according the his/her clinical experience. This is the second time you mentioned to people that they have not done proper case taking which is a good point, we all need advise but there are different methods of approach to treat patients homoeopathically and numbers of ways to reach the appropriate remedy. in fact some times to use anti-miasmatic remedy as an intercurrent can ease off the matter and give a chance for later on and deeper treatment.
We have to remember if we stock in only one way of treatment whatever is called ( Hahnemannian, Kentian, classic, Layer and so on ) we are not considering individuals. The beauty of Homoeopathy is individualisation so that individual patients need individual ways of treatment. Regarding Neena's case:
a) This person has been on Epileptic drug for years to start with, she is full of toxins, you can see by her being constipated and having skin eruption, already she is
blocked. To start with she needs a good detoxification.
b) She is Epileptic, there is heavy pathological layer there which is hard to expect that the constitutional treatment is the only one while she is still on conventional drug.
Personally I think after a good detox programme, the low dose repeat prescribing would suit her better ( sulph itself is a good detox remedy as well as matching her other symptoms in LM potency is a possibility). Another possibility is to descend the well indicated remedy and not to start a high dose because of her Epileptic problem.
All the Best,
Fatima
